How long is a Group Yoga Class? 

Our Group Yoga Classes are 40 – 60 minutes long, depending on the package. The first yoga class is free.

How often should we do yoga?

We recommend practicing yoga at least 4 – 5 times per week for participants to start experiencing the benefits of yoga.

What things are needed while doing yoga class?

When attending a yoga class, participants are required to bring only one yoga mat and water bottle per person.
