  • I have passed B.Sc. (PCM) from MONAD University, Hapur (U.P.), India.
  • 6 years of experience as a personal trainer at Home.
  • Completed 1 month yoga therapy sessions in Sagarpur.
  • Handling patients having diseases like obesity, thyroid, diabetes, Arthritis etc, for 8 Years.
  • 4 years experience in Handling Psychiatry and De-Addiction patients at West Delhi Psychiatry and De-Addiction Centre.
  • Completed Yoga Camp at CWGVSC organized by MDNIY.
  • Taken Six months of sessions in an Institution for the blind organized by MIDNIY.

Special yoga classes for PRENATAL and POSTNATAL YOGA with nutrition and diet.Yoga classes with ANATOMY.
